That’s a special trail. 1:19 from parking lot. 1:14 from TH. There's a 1:04 VK in there (over exactly 2 miles wowza), which is probably my PR on foot? Can't think of a continuous push in Colorado that long that I've done recently. I could get that under an hour on this terrain I think which would be fun. Didn't run any uphill but honestly wouldn't have been able to run more than a few hundred feet of this I would reckon. I really don't think I can break 151 bpm without running at the moment, I wonder how trainable that is. Was able to trot down ever so slowly and gingerly so I’m gonna call it a run.
